The Poseidon statue, dolphin, and scallop shell throne are props for Mary Poppins, which returned to Broadway in November 2006. These life-like figures were sculpted by Chris Doscher (the dolphin) and Jack Rusinek (Poseidon and shell) for PRG Scenic Technologies. Beyond Design sprayed a fire-rated RIMspray hard coat on all surfaces. |

When we returned to the shop to take some
progress photos our big tough Rottweiler let
us know that she did NOT like the man with
the stick! She thought the figure was real
and sounded the alarm. |
